About Vibrant Life Homeopathy Health & Wellness

I first became more interested in natural and holistic means of healthcare and wellness after battling many of my own health issues from adolescents into my early 20’s, about 16 years ago now. I delved into how nutrition plays a crucial role in our gut health and systemic health overall. I read and researched endlessly trying to find answers regarding the nagging symptoms I was facing. I tried attempting more allopathic or a Western medicine route, but it seemed only to be a band-aid for my issues. I was facing a hypothyroid and PCOS diagnosis after some further testing, labels given to me for my collection of symptoms my body was exhibiting, sending me messages things were not balanced and aligned internally. I did find much relief in a revision of my diet, focusing on a more nutrient dense foods, and reducing my toxic load by swapping my household and personal care products to more natural and organic items.

But Something seemed to be missing from my health journey though, and I found a piece of that puzzle around 2018 when I stumbled upon homeopathy after researching treatments for an autoimmune condition called PANDAS. Unfortunately my oldest son had started exhibiting the symptoms of PANDAS in 1st grade and it took a few years to figure out what the problem was and how to correct it. Homeopathy was a foreign word to me in 2018, but because of my nature, after I learned what it could do to help correct PANDAS, I decided to attend school for homeopathy at the Academy of Homeopathy Education to become a professional homeopath. This education further spurned an interest in how energy effects us as humans, how we are energetic beings, and how all “disease” starts as an energetic process that manifests into the physical and biochemical planes eventually.

In addition to my 4 years of education at AHE, and more than 500 hours of clinical observation with their program; I have also had multiple courses in human anatomy and physiology, pharmacology, and other health science related courses. I also graduated from the Root Cause Protocol program in 2022. Because I am a life long learner, I decided in the winter of 2023/2024 to start working towards my masters in clinical counseling. I believe the blend of counseling, homeopathy, and bio-energetic testing and balancing, can truly be an all encompassing health and wellness practice that helps aid others on their path to a vibrant and healthy state of wellbeing.

When I am not working with my clients or studying, I enjoy working out whether that be a rebounder workout, weightlifting, hiking or some other type of physical movement. I enjoy being outdoors especially in the mountains and that is probably partially the reason why I decided to move to a small mountain town an hour outside of Boise. I am blessed to have four beautiful children.

My faith is what grounds me and propels me forward in everything I do. I try to do all things in a upright and ethical manner to the glory of my Creator and Redeemer. I feel YHWH has placed on my life a calling to heal the sick and brokenhearted and I thank Him continually for allowing me to play my part in this grand tapestry of life. I am hopefully generating a positive change for those I encounter and cross paths with, both professionally and personally.
